We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that delivery is made in a timely manner. However, we are not responsible for:
• Delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Items lost, stolen, or damaged during or after delivery.

Purchasers agree to hold harmless Karavana and its affiliates from any claims relating to the delay, loss, or damage of shipped items.

Return & Exchange Policy


We can't be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. Once a package has been sent out and tracking provided, we are no longer responsible for what happens to items. Please contact your mail carrier to report lost, stolen or damaged items. We do not offer item exchanges or refunds. Items are sold “as is.” Please contact us if you have any questions, concerns or issues.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases of incorrect item received.
